So, what is the best way to keep your nails healthy and strong?

There are quite a few nail aggressors in our everyday life. Let’s start with most common one – water! In case you need to do plenty of dish-washing, make sure you start using protective gloves. The more you keep your nails into the water, the easier they will break. Another harming agent might be the sun – so treat your nails the same way you treat your skin when outside – start using protective oil! A few nail nourishing recipes

The everyday nail mask includes the following ingredients – 4 g of beeswax, a boiled yolk and some melted butter. Stir those into a bowl, and then place the mixture gently over your nails. Leave it on for 5 – 10 minutes and then rinse carefully with warm water.
The home recipe for fragile nails – the recipe includes quite a few ingredients: 2 spoons of sea salt, 4 drops of sandalwood oil, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice and 2 wheat germ oil drops. Mix those and place your finger nails into the liquid for about 15 minutes. Rinse carefully after that.
